Hours of Operation
Monday - Friday 6:00AM until 6:30PMWe accept students ages 6 weeks to 6 years and offer an exciting summer camp for school age children.
Our building has been fully remodeled and re-furbished to create an amazing 12,000 sq. ft. facility with beautifully furnished classrooms. We have two outdoor playgrounds, one for children two and under and another for children two and over. Furthermore, our facility includes a music room for piano and organ lessons, a large motor room with a climber and other play equipment for daily play during inclement weather, a Playroom furnished like a small town, and four additional preschool only classrooms.
The childcare’s experienced staff is committed to providing loving care, excellent education, and age-appropriate spiritual teachings to children. For more information on our staff please visit the staff page.

More About Prairie Pals
Prairie Pals Christian Childcare is a non-profit childcare center under the umbrella of the Oswego Christian Foundation. What this means is that Prairie Pals is supported by an amazing group of individuals whose goal is to support the development of Christian childcares and preschools. The Foundation committee meets monthly to provide spiritual support, financial guidance, and business advice to the Prairie Pals programs.
Prairie Pals Christian Childcare shares a building with Prairie Pals Christian Preschool and although we are separate centers with separate regulations we share a passion for providing quality care and education in a loving Christian environment.
The Childcare staff and the Preschool staff have a congenial relationship and we work together to plan curriculum, Chapel Chats, and other special events and activities. We also share a substitute teacher and teacher’s assistants pool to ensure that each classroom always has ample staff in case of illnesses or scheduled vacation times. An additional benefit to full time childcare students is the opportunity to attend the Prairie Pals preschool program for as little as $10 per week (in addition to regular childcare rates).
